Responders.NOW breaks away from all traditional incident response companies by focusing solely on incident response. We were founded to take incident response to the next level. Our vision is that incident response is a highly specialized discipline that requires extreme focus.
In practice, we have seen that there is significant room for improvement in terms of efficiency and response times. Because incidents are never planned, many traditional companies choose to offer it as an additional service. In our view, this makes them less independent and less focused.
Call us crazy, but we believe that incident response as a standalone business model is not only possible; it is made possible precisely by dedicating all our focus to it.
Background story
Joeri Blokhuis and Rickey Gevers have been working in IT for a combined 35 years, performing Incident Response for various companies for the last 15 years. With the experience and knowledge that they both gathered during this period, they started Responders.NOW.
